The American River College baseball team continued its conference slump on March 25 after being swept in a three-game series against Sierra College.

Game one was decided early, as the Wolverines scored 13 runs in the first inning and forced ARC to make two pitching substitutions. The Beavers were also unable to record a hit until the fifth inning.

Left fielder Julian Blackwell scored two hits out of four at-bats with two runs batted in. The final score of game one was 30-4.

Game two at Sierra showed more promise, but ultimately ended in a 12-6 loss.

The Beavers were much more active at the plate in game two. Anthony Packard and Aiden Imperial both homered and finished with two RBIs each.

The final game of the series at Sierra ended in an 8-0 shutout. The Beavers managed to record four hits, but struck out 14 times.

ARC extended its losing streak to eight games, with a conference record of 1-8 and an overall record of 4-20.
