Arrest made in connection with shooting at Sacramento City College

The Sacramento Police Department has arrested Rico Ridgeway, 25, for assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the altercation that led to Thursday’s shooting at Sacramento City College, according to the Sacramento Bee.

The suspect that shot and killed Roman Gonzalez, 25, is still at large.

Ridgeway was one of the three victims in the incident and was treated for minor injuries at the scene.

Another victim was transported to an area hospital last night and is expected to survive.
