Irene Jacobs is a first semester staff writer for the Current and in her second semester at American River College. She is a journalism major with an emphasis in fashion looking to transfer to Sacramento State in the fall of 2020. Jacobs hopes to venture into the fashion industry and is often spotted scrolling through trend reports or the latest runway shows on her phone with her brow furrowed.
