American River College’s Theater Program started their run of “The Tempest”  Friday which will continue through May 1. Ticket prices are $15 for adults, $12 dollars for students with an ARC ID card and $8 for children.  Many ARC students attended the 8:00 p.m. showing held in the Theater Arts building....
