“I’d say I get seven hours of sleep on a daily basis. It’s definitely beneficial when I get enough sleep, but the times that I don’t I feel like it’s a wasted day because my cognitive function goes down. It feels like brain fog.” - Rebecca Hughey | Psychology Major
Campus Pulse: How does sleep affect your studies?
“This is the hardest part of the semester, that’s why we should push hard and keep our motivation up. Also when we approach the finals we should remember to go back and review everything we did during the semester.” - Kololia Tenorio | Nursing Major
What are some tips to survive the rest of the semester?
“I wasn’t really a Kings fan, but I’ve been watching them lately and I went to a couple games and now I am actually happy about it. [The atmosphere at the arena] is really cool, people are jumping around, screaming and yelling. If I get to go to [a game] I am going to go crazy.” - Azariah Gautier | Undecided Major
How do you feel about the Kings finally making the playoffs?
“I’m a person who likes the sunny weather and I like to be outside when it’s clear, so when it’s raining I’m less motivated. All of my activities are outside, so if I can’t do anything outside, it makes me want to study less and do less homework.” - Michael Sanders | Kinesiology Major
