This year’s first annual Monster Energy Aftershock Festival took place at Discovery Park in Sacramento, Calif. on Sept. 23, 2012. The festival included two stages and a variety of performers. The line-up of bands consisted of big names such as Stone Temple Pilots, Bush, Deftones, Theory of A Dead Man, Chevelle, Hollywood Undead, Oleander and Fallrise. The festival, sponsored by Monster Energy, included an area where people could get free energy drinks. Food and merchandise were plentiful, with vendors sprinkled throughout the event. Some fans were able to get autographs and meet some of their favorite bands throughout the day.
