Run for Sandy

ARC Students are putting on a benefit run to raise funds for the victims of Hurricane Sandy.

The event will take place on April 6 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at New San Juan High School.

There is a $3 entry fee, and the event will include the run, as well as food, souvenirs and photo opportunities for sale.

English and Theatre major Katie Stepp gets her face painted by General Education major Daianna Williams at the first annual Bucky Island Festival on the American River College main campus on May 2, in celebration of the end of the semester, finals, and for graduating students.
