Free Green Jobs Classes

From Sept. 17, 2012 through March 29, 2013, American River College, in collaboration with Sacramento Employment and Training Agency, will be offering green jobs classes. The classes involve training participants for positions such as sales and solar panel installation.

“Training subsidized through Workforce Investment Act,” said Ira Ayers of SETA. Because of this, classes are offered to students for free.
