    People are getting shot everyday…………………………

This little twerp has no idea what he is talking about. Confiscating guns will only take them from law abiding citizens. It will give them nothing to defend themselves with. The police are not there to defend a person, they are there to clean up and possibly catch the bad guys after the fact. The government confiscated the guns in Australia and now they are putting innocent citizens in concentration camps for not bowing to the clot shot. While this administration is releasing the criminals from prisons the other bad guys like this little P***k is advertising to these criminals, “Hey, there are no guns here, come on in”. It is people like this that are destroying the United States of America.
A Japanese general said the reason they didn’t invade the United States during World War II was because there was a gun behind every blade of grass. If our guns go China and possibly Russia will not waste any time getting here.

Red-flag ERPOs are dangerous to liberty. In technical terms, they call it an ex parte order. These orders violate due process, which is a guaranteed protection for Americans in the U.S. Constitution. It’s serving punishment on an American for doing nothing wrong. For a comparison, it would be like confiscating an automobile from an alcoholic, being suspicious that he will cause a death.. It’s “guilty until proven innocent.” The burden of proof is not on the accuser as in other legal cases, with the accused having a right to confront and cross-examine their accuser; but instead, placed on the gun-owner victim who’s property is being confiscated without his court presence. Then the gun-owner victim who has committed no crime must hire an attorney at his own expense to defend himself. He’s treated worse than a criminal; the criminal at least having a right to legal representation if he can’t afford it. Gun owners in this way are treated worse than criminals.

Gun reform should not be limited to just preventing mass shootings
